HCIF Secures option over Aeralife properties

HCIF has agreed to terms with Aeralife Group to put in place refundable options to acquire 100% of 6 freehold properties located in Victoria and NSW.


The option fees to be paid total $3.75 million and accrue interest at 15% per annum.

 

Under the terms of the Option Deed, HCIF will have 36 months to exercise its options. In the event that the Options are not exercised the option fees (along with any interest accrued and unpaid) are refundable.
